We get you ready to become a personal Health Coach in 3 months! Discover what works for YOUR body and mind. Because everyone is unique and what works for you may not work for someone else at all. Would you like to exercise in small private groups in 2017 and be trained to be your own coach at the same time?

Sounds good....but how exactly does that work?

Think of us as a Sports School in Haarlem or a homey Private Gym where you will work out in small private groups with a choice of intensive and relaxing workouts: a.o. yin yoga, circuit training, insanity, pump IT and kick IT, provided by a certified personal trainer! Besides sports, you will also attend lectures and workshops. We want to teach you how to achieve your goals with the right mindset, knowledge about nutrition and the best training method. After these three educational and sportive months you will have the knowledge to be your own coach. You will know the do's and dont's about nutrition, the right mindset and training effects. Whether you want to lose weight, become fitter or more muscular, that's up to you! We can already reveal 1 important element to success: inner peace. This creates more space in your mind and makes room for new challenges, but how do you create that inner peace...? We help you and offer all the tools you need.

In this three-month course, you will be intensively trained and guided by personal trainers and vitality coaches. Every last Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon are the following lectures/workshops:

Which training is right for me?
- What are the best workouts aimed at my personal goal and how do I achieve the best results?
- What am I supposed to feel during my workout and what exactly is happening in my body?
- Am I training at the right intensity?
- Which is better? 30 min on a cycling machine or can it be faster and more effective?

What nutrition goes with that?
- What on earth should I eat to lose weight or gain muscle mass?
- What are E numbers - How can I eat more naturally for myself and my family?
- What fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals are good for me to feel fit?

Mindfulness, more peace and balance in my life....
- Dealing with emotions and body awareness
- How do I create more peace and time for myself?
- Reduce physical tension and symptoms
- How do I keep my focus?

This is just a sampling of the topics, there is so much more!

Is a course date not convenient? No problem!!! You can always catch up later. Our private gym is set up as a home-like setting where you can feel at home and be yourself. No, we are not homebodies, but a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the place where you are working on your personal goal for 2017 is nice and cozy!
